I met Martin 3 years ago, and from the minute I met him, he changed my life. He offered me so much support and advice before I even officially started working with him. When I first met him, I had never had a girlfriend (I couldn't even approach women on the street), couldn't meditate, lacked confidence, and was stuck in my own bubble of frustration. Martin popped that bubble, and all of that has changed. He gave me the tools and confidence to meet the woman I wanted and build a fantastic relationship. He showed me how much meditation could change my life, and I now have the confidence to pursue challenges that would have otherwise held me back. As Martin says, "Play Full Out. He had consistently pushed me outside my comfort zone when I needed it most and did not settle for my BS when I tried to back out of things. Martin will also be there for you when you need him. I learned so much from Martin that I continuously apply. His ability to be fully present, listen attentively and focus on my unique challenges. Combined with his thorough understanding of the complex interplay between human consciousness, behavior and psychology allowed me to realize the root causes of my roadblocks, issues, and concerns. And to break through my limitations much faster. Martin always made sure I was following through with my action plan. And he kept me accountable throughout the coaching process. By working with him, I gained a clear understanding of my behavioral patterns and greater awareness of myself. I can now choose whether or not I want to play out non-optimal behavior patterns that previously were unconscious. And he also taught me how to develop better habits rapidly. Beyond working with a powerful coach who cares, I also gained a friend who cares. I know I can always reach out to him, and he's always there to help.
